Vincenzo began baking in 1969 in Siderno, Italy. He moved to Rochester, New York in 1973 continuing to develop his skills in baking by adapting to American methods and equipment. Along with his father, Vincenzo established Siderno Bakery wholesale in 1988 in Phoenix, Arizona which has serviced local fine dining resturants and deli's. In 1999 he expanded to service regional grocers and wholesale markets.
Marco started in the baking industry 7 years ago, working along side his father, obtaining certifications in HACCP, Food Safety and Securtiy. He also works in marketing.
